Shipping
Processing times: Most fine‑art prints are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion. However, I will strive to get your art to you sooner than that.
Shipping methods: We ship via reputable carriers with tracking. Options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Order changes/cancellations: Because items are custom‑made, cancellations or changes must be requested within 4 hours of ordering. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
International orders: Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices outside of the USA or any USA territory that requires any additional fees.
Delivery issues
Damaged packages: If your item arrives damaged, please email [Insert support email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, description, and clear photos of the packaging and product. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Lost/stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but the item is missing, contact the carrier first, then contact us. We’ll assist with a trace and determine next steps case‑by‑case.
Returns & exchanges
Custom products: Because prints are custom‑made and often personalized, returns for buyer’s remorse or customer‑created errors (e.g., color differences between your screen and calibrated prints, typos, design/layout choices, low‑resolution uploads) are not accepted.
Defects/our errors: If we made a mistake or the product is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement/reprint, store credit, or refund at our discretion after assessment.
Return process: If a return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Use original packaging and include all protective materials. Unless the item is defective/not as described, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Color & materials disclaimer
Color reproduction can vary due to monitor calibration, ambient light, and material differences. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/issuer.
