Are you stuck someplace in your life because of some underlying fear you have pushed down because other people have told you that you should do that?
Why would you listen to other people who would tell you to deny how you truly feel? Just because others live in denial, why should you? Have you ever experienced massive intensity in your life? Follow your Soul's desire to heal.
I've been there and how I healed was running fast toward the thing which caused anger and fear. I faced it and healed. So can you.
You have two choices with your pain.
- You can go negative because you refuse to deal with it by just "letting it go" as other will tell you do do. But guess what? That pain you are hiding...and maybe feel right now...will always be there unless you deal with it. Am I right?
- Or...you can go positive and show yourself some love first by working on your pain. Find out why and then go through a process of releasing it.
It works. I know. I've done it and continue to do the work because I know I am not perfect. It is a process which will last until the day I die and I love it. Life is wonderful now and I know it will only get better. I can see it.
We all want the same thing in the end. Peace.
Ask your Soul what it wants. The answer will always be the same. Love.
What? You don't believe you have fears or anger toward people...or religions...or cultures...or governments...or you name it, you've got 'em. Be honest with yourself as you read these words in your private space. You know you have fear. You know you have anger. It is OK. Now, do something about it.
Come on, you are human. Admit it. you and I both come from the same place. We are the same deep down. Everyone on this planet has fear and anger towards something right now.
So, why not make an effort to grow out of your fear and anger?
